This policy explains how we may collect, use, disclose and otherwise handle personal and sensitive information provided. Unifit is fully dedicated to safeguarding personal privacy. A clients name, contact number, details of date of birth, emergency contact details, email address, other identification details, treatment history, before and after photographs, in some cases bank or credit card details and other important sensitive information needed during initial assessments for delivery of services.
Unifit will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual with out there consent to do so. The only personal information collected is that which is provided voluntarily by a client or prospective clients. We collect personal information primarily to enable us to provide our clients with our service. Unifit may also use the information for marketing promotion to you if not you do not consent to this who have the option to opt out and we will remove your details from text and email systems.
You don’t need to identify yourself when you deal with us however in certain situation we will only deal with individuals who have identified themselves to us. When a treatment or product is purchased personal information is requested in order to provide the requested treatment or products. Providing update information and advice of other Unifit’s, products and services which may be of interest to you, you are not obligated to provide personal information however failure to do so may result in Unifit being unable to provide services or products to you.
Personal information is collected directly from clients or potential future clients when they personally complete and submit a client card, booking form or consent form to becoming a client of Unifit. This can be done in person or through our website.

Unifit takes all reasonable steps to keeping secure servers if in digital format or in locked areas if in hard copy format, these are protected in controlled facilities. Unifit employees and data processors are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal and or sensitive information held by Unifit in which each employee signs a confidentiality agreement upon commenced of employment. Unifit only permits authorized access. We destroy or de-identified personal information we no longer need or we are no longer required by law to keep, wherever possible.
